Reported Crop Circles for the State
of Virgina -
Waynesboro, Augusta County (December 21, 1965)
A
witness while driving reported seeing a ‘cone-shaped’ BOL (ball-of-light)
cross over the road in front of him at about 5:00 PM and land
in a grass field. His car motor stalls, and he coasts to a
stop. About a minute later the BOL took off with a “whoosh”
sound and disappeared towards the NE. Investigators later
found a flattened, circular area and reportedly detected ‘high
radiation’.
